Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for collaborative tasks that need registering. It is used pretty often.
  • Notes from discussions
  • Collaborative boards
  • Waterfall planning
  • Could be more intuitive on very basic functionalities
  • Dialogue boxes with instructions
  • Sizing of text blocks
  • Easily available information
  • Ease to collaborate in brainstorms
  • Counterintuitive in very basic functionalities
Dialogue boxes to guide usability with tips would go a long way.
Once again it boils down to usability. I found out people are still figuring out shortcuts.
As previously mentioned, it creates easy access to information that is relevant and needs to be checked the time and again.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

It takes a bit to figure out how to create structures and it isn't always intuitive. I found creating panels for schedules [that] might need movable text cells a bit more complicated than I wished for.
