Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Used Miro for project collaboration- when working in groups remotely (online)- great for design projects.
  • Group collaboration (all work at same time).
  • Auto-saves work (no need to save anything).
  • Good use of colours and templates available.
  • Need better ease of use of fonts and images (can save them easily, add links, references, etc).
  • Better export formats, file formats, options for submitting.
  • Better add-ons e.g. icons available.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Increased collaboration with teammates.
Unique style- but now think it's falling behind others such as notion and Figma- more features should be added.
Pretty easy to use, good interface- could be made clearer and have more functionality in general.
Very much so- group work use of miro has been very beneficial and the main tool used in lockdown for group design projects.

Figma is better in my opinion (more advanced, has better add-ons). Notion is better for notetaking, but not done collaboration on it.
Notion, Figma
Great for group work, not so great for individual work.
