Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Miro is extensively used to track the scope of the project and it helps us to easily divide the work among various individuals or teams. It has been a very helpful tool in managing the team properly. Collaborative meetings were made a lot easy. Different colour pads were assigned to different teams and it gave a sense of responsibility to those assigned the work.
