Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro for workshops preparations, during workshop facilitation and to receive additional comments after cross-functional collaboration. Also, Miro has a variety of useful templates for team management and self-organization, giving some ideas on how to improve remote teamwork.

  • When inviting "guest-users" for collaboration Miro assigns an anonymous nickname. It would be so much easier if the user could indicate how his name will appear in comments and onboard in general.

Miro is very intuitive in usage and the user adopts the tool quite fast.
I was not participating in the integration of Miro with other tools.
When organizing workshops in multiple locations and using Miro, your team instantly looks more professional. It also helps to structure meetings and set the right tone from the beginning.

I recommend Miro for online meetings where you need to brainstorm, generate ideas, work on processes, present a large number of visuals (instead of ppt), collaborate, structure your ideas.
