Overall Satisfaction with Miro
In many projects, it is difficult to create initial buy-in and idea creation. We have used Miro multiple times to develop initial ideas and assign tasks for follow on development. Additionally, the new tool allows those who are technologically inclined to excel over those with more formal power and it puts all on an even playing field for candid discussions.
Pros
- Idea creation is easy with a blank canvas and variety of tools.
- Integration with other apps and suites is nice.
- Web interface, pc app and iOS app all work very well.
Cons
- Recently, I noticed meeting/audio chat was missing or moved.
- I'd like an option on the cursor to right-click with common choices to add notes, text, line, etc.
- The productivity it has provided made up for the lack of in-person collaboration over weeks of a project.

Teams is great for document collaboration. miro is great for open collaboration with no limits to conversations.
