Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for online whiteboarding and collaboration with teams that are remotely based. I am refining how I build in central work planning and shared tasks/timelines.
  • Online whiteboard.
  • Many users at once.
  • Collaboration and brainstorming sessions.
  • Desktop app can slow PC while on Teams (use web version instead).
  • Options for exporting information into spreadsheets etc. would be handy.
  • Visibility to team / sharing info.
  • Supported team meetings.
  • Supported team collaboration and planning sessions.
NA - off the shelf.
NA - haven't integrated.
It has helped us map out, share, and visualize a wide range of related work areas and activities.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

MIro is well suited for groups to share and collaborate on activity, tracking of shared items. It helps visualize planning/strategy/activity, but am yet to integrate it fully into day-day work and task management (intend to try). Unclear yet as to how best to avoid having multiple systems covering the same information, to avoid duplicating in more than one place.
