Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use it to map out our sprint or quarterly plans, for brainstorming sessions before structuring any solution. - We use it for retrospective sessions and vote for any next best action we plan to take. - We also used it to create our north star metric tree and frequently modify its sub metrics by linking various dashboards that are related to the metrics.
  • KPI Decision Tree.
  • Retrospective Sessions.
  • Voting various decisions/Ideas team have.
  • Planning out next sprints.
  • There can be gif/img support on stickies (maybe there is but idk).
  • By clicking one colored sticky, other stickies with the same color can be highlighted.
  • Increased our DEVS working efficiency around 15 to 20 Percent.
  • Provides considerable time efficiency around all kinds of planning phases but we don't calculate it.
It was already implemented when I started my job but I have never used it before, so have nothing to compare but one thing I can say is: The bar stands on the left pane of the home screen that shows different teams is a little bit confusing and I don't think people are using it as it should be.
I have no idea since I took no role in its integration and its capabilities.
As I stated before it helps us to connect remotely to plan out our next sprints and even the whole quarterly plan by sorting out the demands of our stakeholders and rating their prior scores. Then everyone in the team can see what is the short-mid-long term roadmap and plan their work distribution.

Would you buy Miro again?

We use Figma for designing the UX flows but these two products are pretty different from my perspective. They both have asked questions on stickies feature and creating a structure around ideas/actions by putting stickers features but Miro is more practical and easy to use. Figma is serving more like detailed flows specially for detailed required tasks.
It's like a very well-organized sketchbook of our team and it provides us to structure our thoughts vote them and plan the next steps with the help of our scrum master. Even without him, it's pretty possible to get it done by any member of the team. I find it very useful.
