Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Collaboration is a challenge when working remotely. Using Miro allows multiple users real-time collaboration of process flows. Users can actively contribute without having to share a screen as with Teams etc. A large number of templates facilitates discussion and solution development. Having all the processes for a project in a single workspace gives a clear picture as well as saves time and admin.

There have been no challenges with getting up and running on the system
I have not used it for integration
The whiteboard is very useful - not quite the same as being in the room together, but pretty close. Allows everyone to contribute easily.

Great for process maps, timelines, customer contact points. Straightforward for collaboration and easy to share boards with multiple (non-technical) people. The history function allows a clear view of what has been changed and by whom. The use of frames around specific diagrams allows easy access and signposting. I find it easier to use excel for a detailed breakdown of the diagrams, rather than keep this within the tool.
