Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I was introduced to Miro but as a supplier. We used it to collaborate on a series of workshops across 12 weeks. I also use it for planning, particularly mind maps.

Pros

  • Collaboration between teams
  • Functionality is good
  • Easy to use

Cons

  • Loading time - we had a big board and ended up splitting it because it took so long to load online.
  • The pop ups are annoying in my opinion.
  • Positive - allows us to work together
  • Negative - we can't easily save down the work

Collaboration tool - it's great for brainstorming and saving ideas and allows everyone to be involved rather than just one person interpreting what people are saying.
