Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for retros and sprint planning. This helps our team collaborate on ideas and share them with other members of the team.
  • Organize ideas into subgroups.
  • Allow for further discussion on certain ideas.
  • Collaborate with others in a virtual environment.
  • Interface is a bit hard to get used to (i.e. drag and drop, click to add, etc.)
  • Improved productivity.
  • Reduced project completion time.
The sticky note feature is really useful for mocking the SDLC. The only downside is that it's sometimes tricky to know when you're on edit/drag mode. Because of that, it's easy to overwrite people's edits and accidentally move things on the board.
Miro is very easy to integrate with the workspace environment for retros and sprint planning. It integrates pretty seamlessly.
Miro has positively impacted my organization's ability to collaborate on new projects. When planning a new sprint, the sticky note functionality as well as the ability to draw diagrams makes it very easy to discuss ideas in a virtual format.

Yes

Miro is appropriate for collaborating with groups, appropriate with sharing ideas with others, but is less appropriate when you want to quickly go over tasks. Miro is more for fleshing out ideas and discussing in-depth.
