Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I am a grad student and many of my classes use Miro for brainstorming. We relied on post-it notes a lot while brainstorming and with Miro, it has become possible to do it virtually as well.
  • Collaboration
  • Templates
  • Integration with other apps
  • My team's whiteboard becomes too complicated with overlapping arrows. It would be helpful if Miro could reorganize it to be clean and simple while preserving the connections.
  • I would like to create whiteboards for personal use without having to create a team.
  • It lags a lot on my laptop when I use it on battery power. I would prefer having the ability to adjust between a smoother experience and resource-hungry features.
  • Improved flexibility
I don't have anything to say in regards to the implementation.
I haven't tried integrating it with other apps yet. I am new to Miro.
Like the question says, it helps unite teams virtually. Also, it being a web-based application enables us to work across different platforms.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

My experience has been limited to brainstorming. However, seeing the plethora of templates and integrations supported by Miro, I think it can be used in any collaboration-based scenario.
