Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro to manage our team day to day activities & create boards for instructional designers to help lecturers/educators form a course at the university. Miro is a great tool to start mind mapping with your team & finally structure the work with for example Jira integration. We use it a lot.
  • Manage
  • Organise
  • Make problems clear
  • Load performance once there are many items on a board
  • Make drag & drop more clear
  • Improved productivity
The Miro has been adapted by a designated team at our company and for me, as an employee, it was easy to get access to this tool. I had no problems at all and I have clear insights into teams and license structure. I think the implementation as a whole went smoothly as far as I know.
I think it's really easy to integrate into current workflows for any type of company. Also, the tool is easy to explain to other colleagues who have never used it before so it's easy to bring new employees to the platform and collaborate together. Would give this a big recommendation.
As stated, it has helped us to design and manage our work for different purposes. We use it a lot and we have a broad audience of people that we share our Miro boards with. From an employee perspective, it's really a nice solution for our day-to-day work.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Well, Miro has a different purpose than the tools listed but it integrates well with a plugin. I think Miro is better for making overviews than Jira Software and also more visual. However both software packages have their own purpose so for us, it's best to use both MIRO and Jira.
Adobe Creative Cloud Express (formerly Adobe Spark), Jira Software, Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
Miro is well suited for course design and for example backlog management because it has good integration with Jira. We also use it in our agile workflow where we have a routine of using Miro for our Planning and Refinement sessions and for our Retrospective sessions and Review sessions.
