I use it to host/organize meetings and strategic planning with programs I manage.

- Have a basic needs template folder for people less advanced to find items easier.
- Language to describe things is too advanced.

It has helped quite a bit for us to have a general place we can work on a brainstorming session or a strategic plan all together in real time in a more visually appeasing way than Microsoft office can provide. Also like the fact that you dont have to own or install a program to access the board. Everyone using just a link without having to install an app is easier for people to understand when they may not be computer savvy.
