Miro has made our teamwork more efficient and relaxed.

We use Miro in online workshops. Miro offers a very simple, efficient way to replace the white chart. Since Miro offers a lot of templates, it even goes well beyond the white chart. For example, we use Miro in creative workshops. We work on strategic topics such as discussing future research fields, analyzing potential customers and partners. We also use the BPMN template to develop workflows in teams, for example. As a department head, I can prepare the meeting very easily. This also makes it much easier to moderate the workshops. All team members can easily be integrated into the discussion. Previously, it was often difficult to include quiet colleagues in the discussion. We have several regular meetings that are repeated weekly.

So far, we have only used it internally within the team. However, we will also use the positive experiences in future cooperation projects with external partners.
