Overall Satisfaction with Miro

A great tool to create and share information with the client and held online workshops. Miro is a great online whiteboard helping to develop online content together with the team or the client and makes collaboration so much easier. Possibility to create flow charts or diagrams as well as just putting content like pdf, jpeg, and even xlxs files on the board so every member can see, edit and comment on the same screen while talking to each other remotely.

  • better toolbox concerning formatting posts, text boxes, etc (e.g. adjusting the size of post)
  • Preset templates for the right size of the text in post its/text boxes etc. if I choose A4 Format for a frame

I haven't been involved in the implementation of Miro in our company so concerning this question, I can't give any advise
Easy to integrate, but needs administration of users. It can be combined with the typical office tools and via the Miro app, it's all-time accessible. Concerning technical integration, I can't review because I did not implement Miro in our company
Miro is our program to work together remotely, think about tasks and possible solutions. Here we do online brainstorming, create new ideas, discussing the pros and cons of a possible solution. The easiness of commenting, presenting, and editing content in Miro led us to a new era of collaboration. During the pandemic, it helped us a lot to stay connected and have a good platform to do our creative work together even if we were not at the same place/office.

Yes

it helps to create creative content together with the team or the client. To do some kind of digital brainstorming or just thinking about different approaches to solve a problem. Especially the option for freehand drawing and commenting is pretty helpful, e.g. to discuss different layouts of floorplans and their pros and cons or different options. Less appropriate for editing presentation slides, even if it is possible within Miro.
