Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We used it for diagramming and whiteboarding as a team. It helped everyone (whether remote or in-person) to visualize relationships and content in an interactive way. We linked Miro boards to Notion documentation and in Google Drive documents to organize and bookmark all of the different boards we were supporting.

It really worked best when we started with standard templates and tweaked them to fit our needs over time. We used it as a place to collect ideas and thoughts and it worked well for that. once we were trying to finalize these thoughts other solutions worked better for building out nice reports, presentations, and prototypes. Miro was more work to polish and make these look presentable.
