Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We are using it to map and visualize the processes and workflows of customers during the requirement gathering phase of implementations. We also use it to perform UAT of delivered solutions and communicate it with the customer. This is the platform where we share ideas as well as gather further requirements.
  • Various really handy drawing and visualization tools
  • Easy navigation
  • Great commenting and collaboration tools
  • Easy to learn
  • Roles and permissions handling could be improved
  • Better integration with file sharing platforms
  • Performance could be better (loading times, etc.)
  • Helped to maintain great customer relationship
  • Effective process and workflow visualization, that shortened the requirement gathering phase of projects
  • More effective collaboration within teams
Miro is really easy and simple to implement due to the fact that it is a fully SaaS product and does not require many implementations. Other than setting up users and SSO, people are good to go from day 1. Roles and permissions settings could be a bit of a pain, but other than that, everything is easy and straightforward.
The integration with other file-sharing platforms could be better as it could be a pain point for those who want to leverage that functionality. Not a huge issue tough if you can live with that limitation, or if you won't leverage on that. I suggest you keep that in mind.
Very positively. Our team is now working better together than ever. But not only internally, but we are collaborating much better externally as well, with our clients, and partners. Highly recommended way to work together, especially in this hybrid world where a lot of things are done remotely. Great tool!

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Whimsical is a great tool, but it has its own limitations and many times Miro feels like a much more sophisticated tool than Whimsical. That's not to say Whimsical is not good, but I guess they have their own target audience and use cases. Miro feels like a bit more ahead of Whimsical tough.
Miro is really good when it comes to modeling processes and workflows of business processes and also great to collaborate and share ideas within and between teams. A really good tool for bigger teams as well as smaller teams who want to leverage effective teamwork. When it comes to simple use cases or simple tasks, this tool could be a bit overwhelming.
