Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is used to provide a quick whiteboard during calls and with many Agile ceremonies and activities, like Retrospectives and planning and scrum/kanban boards. Very useful as well to create architectural drafts and discussions across multiple users working on a full online job and hybrid (office and online on the same call). On a personal level, can help organize ideas and create mental maps easily.
  • Process flows.
  • Agile dynamics.
  • Mental maps.
  • Substitute to PowerPoint in some scenarios.
  • Better export functions, especially PDF and PPT.
  • Interface on the board management when working with multiple teams.
  • Loading speed on large boards.
  • Reduced time on calls "struggling " with cooperation tools.
  • People started to contribute more when using Miro.
Was not a part of the implementation processes.
I have not tried any integrations at this point to have an opinion. But what I saw are integrations with other apps and a lot of plugins.
Since it's very user-friendly, and accessible to the team, it has been very useful for accelerating decision making and creating visually engaging maps and process flows.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Scenarios where collaboration and remote teams are involved are the best use scenarios, Miro can easily replace PPT in many scenarios, and is very user-friendly. Now for more executive presentations and structured meetings, it lacks the ability to create good storytelling, and then normally we just switch to PPT using Miro more as a draft stage than the end document.
