Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Day-to-day product management, workshops, design sessions, etc. We use Miro for task management via Kanban boards, to document research and findings, and probably most valuably for workshop facilitation where we walk attendees through problem statements/objectives and then have them break into groups for ideation and storyboarding towards focus areas and solutions.
  • Collaboration
  • Whiteboarding
  • Sharing
  • Conversion to PPT or other presentation
  • Access
  • Intuitive mouse vs. keyboard recognition
  • Improved group productivity
  • Better collaboration
  • More creativity
Good integration with MS Teams and Sharepoint. We embed our Miro board link directly into the Microsoft Teams channel that we use, which is great for direct access. This also links directly into our SharePoint. I wish Miro integrated better with PowerPoint or Adobe PDF so that we could quickly turn creations into final presentations.
Connected team members from across the globe. Without Miro, large group whiteboarding and collaboration sessions are previously done in person wouldn't have been possible, or nearly as effective. It also provides a space to document ideas, research, etc. in more of a free form, without having to worry as much about formatting a slide.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is great for group collaboration, process and/or journey mapping, and general documentation where we don't want to worry too much about the format or be constrained by spacing or filing size. We've found Miro doesn't meet our needs for final presentations, or for activities where we want executives actively participating.
