Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We mostly use Miro for process mapping of key procedures, workflows, and data flows. Miro helped me solidify my understanding of our business by allowing me to map out how our business accounts move across programs throughout the sales treatment evaluation process. Additionally, it's helped me manage others by allowing them to map out different segments of projects to break down into smaller steps and create natural milestones to work towards.

- Would be helpful to have the ability to move more easily between different sections of a Board, constant dragging and re-zooming gets frustrating.

I'm not as knowledgeable on the implementation of Miro as it pertains to my company. The company chose to use Miro as our cloud-based solution before I started in my role, and this is what forced me originally to use the product. For our company, the implementation has largely been consumer driven.

Miro is useful for the process mapping of key work procedures, workflows and/or data flows are the most natural fit for Miro for my role. This helps drive transparency of key blockers and decisions being made, and can help break workflows into more manageable activities to use as milestones.
