Great for process mapping!
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We mostly use Miro for process mapping of key procedures, workflows, and data flows. Miro helped me solidify my understanding of our business by allowing me to map out how our business accounts move across programs throughout the sales treatment evaluation process. Additionally, it's helped me manage others by allowing them to map out different segments of projects to break down into smaller steps and create natural milestones to work towards.
Pros

- Flexibility in workflow features/visuals.
- Customization.
Cons
- Would be helpful to have the ability to move more easily between different sections of a Board, constant dragging and re-zooming gets frustrating.
- Alignment of key processes/logic.
- Better understanding of project scope.
- More efficient execution.

Miro is much preferred for its collaboration and functionality. Visio is challenging to master and creates version control issues.
