Overall Satisfaction with Miro
When visually mapping theoretical frameworks, logic impacts or other types of visual pathways, Miro comes in very handy. We use it not only for mapping purposes, but also to have online input sessions with clients.
Pros
- Lets you easily map visuals (roadmaps, pathways, etc.).
- Easy interface in moving items (blocks, text, graphics) around and changing them.
- Integrating content from other boards.
- Invite to collaborate.
Cons
- Not directly having someone in a team, but allow someone to see 1 board within a project.
- Have a more clear overview of who can see what.
- One unified collaboration tool instead of several.
- Clarity on project trajectories.
Miro has offered an online alternative for input sessions that we would usually do with external people (think of writing down on flipovers with sticky notes).
Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?
Not sure
Are you happy with Miro's feature set?
Yes
Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?
I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process
Did implementation of Miro go as expected?
Yes
Would you buy Miro again?
Yes
Miro has a more intuitive lay-out, more easy to export, and collaboration with others is at least as smooth.
