Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use miro mainly to draw use cases for our applications and for collaborative brainstorming of new products. Besides that, we also discuss, share, and create alternative software fluxes, database mocks and ideas, services communication, teams integration, and as a general board with multiple people adding and proposing alternative scenarios that we may not see during the meetings.

Pros

  • collaborative creation of diagrams
  • software flow
  • database ideas

Cons

  • sharing permissions
  • ownership of diagrams
  • size of the canvas
  • productivity
  • understanding the product
because it's simple to use and easy to learn. new team members just need to access the links and can start creating together
Yes, mainly because most of the team works from home and Miro became and meeting "white board" since that

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

miro is well suited for scenarios that require multiple people to discuss ideas and draw together a solution. Also, it's good for having easy access to multiple ideas at any time. We had some problems while sharing some of our boards with team members because of an ownership configuration, and we weren't able to have guests users edit them
