Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro in strategic planning on our team to help us work through challenges and think through good solutions to those challenges, such as how to increase involvement and traction on college campuses. Our scope is each college campus in Brooklyn and on Staten Island.
- Visually interesting and clear
- Easily moves you step by step through a problem
- Helps you think through various aspects of a problem and discuss those items as a team.
- Enables and facilitates discussions
- Helps a leader walk a team through the problem solving process.
- At times, there were too many steps in the problem-solving platform. We could have skipped a few. Or it was too in-depth for certain problems.
- Finding solutions to big problems is a big deal for us. It can be hard to think through all the details to find the important information to then find a good solution. Miro has helped sift through information to find the needed info to work through each issue well.
Luckily, we get to work together in person through issues, so we haven't had to combine remote workers.
