Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We used Miro to share designs and ideas to receive feedback and gain awareness of what's happening. It was a good tool that everyone in the company could find a way to use. I will say for designers, using Miro was a bit time-consuming. Having to export your designs as PNG, then add them to a board, organize them, and resize them took more time than I would have liked, especially when you have 40-plus screens you need to add.
  • Able to move things around.
  • Leaving links.
  • Comments
  • Clicking links, it becomes locked if one person clicks on it.
  • Slowness with larger boards.
  • Sticky notes not saying who made it.
As a designer I didn't work in the whiteboard area frequently.
I have moved over to FigJam and I believe it is a stronger tool.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

No

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

No

Not great for formal presenting but better for standing up; it can be difficult when a lot of people are looking at something altogether, and not everyone is following the presenter; the names can cover designs and be distracting. Working in Figma and being able to easily move designs to a FigJam saves a lot of time.
