Overall Satisfaction with Miro
It is an easy-to-use draw diagram tool and a good collaboration tool among team members. The tool improves meeting efficiency and documentation quality. It is part of the daily work tool.

Improve productivity and collaboration. All team members can draw and work on the same project, and everyone can see the changes in real-time. The drawing quality is so nice.
Miro does not support UML well. I used plaintext daily, which is critical; however, miro missed that kind of feature. I use Miro mainly for drawing and collaboration between team members. It has its strength and cannot be missed in daily work without it. I highly recommend this tool for hybrid/telecommuting workers.
