Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use it for product development strategy and commercialization.

Pros

  • Multiple people can work on a document at the same time.
  • It tracks new information added to boards.

Cons

  • The interface is clunky and challenging to use
  • It is difficult to start new notes. The mural is much easier to use. Just double-click to add a new note
  • Really difficult to move elements to new places on the board.
  • I don't have visibility to that.
  • It seems to have slowed down progress on projects because people get asked to "re-do" their boards all of the time (which is not Miro's fault). We essentially shut down commercialization for six months and worked on miro boards.
I was not involved in this.
Miro does give many people access to information.

Mural is superior and If I had a say, we would have chosen Mural.co.
My company picked miro for some reason, but I find the interface and ease of use or Mural to be much more superior to use and to create new boards - better templates, better user interface, better product.
