Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We mainly use it for sprint planning and sprint retros, architectural designs, and interactive online meetings that need drawings and designs.

Pros

  • Infinite number of design & drawing possibilities.
  • You don't need to share your screen for an interactive design.
  • Able to create groups within and organization.
  • CPU & memory friendly.

Cons

  • The canvas in the background sometimes slides accidentally.
  • Working on the board might get slower when it gets loaded.
  • We need more templates for Sprint meetings.
  • Improved quality of sprint meetings.
  • Improved quality of interactive online meetings.
  • Improved design quality.
Increases quality of remote meetings as well as architectural designs, models etc..

Well-suited: Sprint meetings (planning, retrospectives, etc.) Architectural designs Interactive meetings with small notes and more designs Less appropriate: Sprint boards (scoring, daily progress, etc.) Spreadsheet and document type of works Roadmaps, project management.
