Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro mostly for planning! We have a lot of content to build so it is a nice place to either brain dump, diagram, or create journeys for our customers. The board has a lot of features that are free for users to create beautiful and organized spaces. I only use the free version, which is enough for me, but there is a value-add if you purchase a paid subscription to share with larger groups.
Pros
- Community Building with its Template library
- Ease of use with shortcuts or easy to click features
- Easy to follow training tutorials.
Cons
- Webinars by sector: not a problem but something fun to do!
- Keeps all of my ideas in one place (Positive ROI)
- Free place to brainstorm with valuable tools (Positive ROI)
We are able to visualize the parts of a problem/puzzle to create the solution. Part of my job is organizing where content should live, so we used this tool to map it out before building it.
