Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is a really well integrated solution and highly suitable for us to create a basic understand of a complex problem. We really like the simplicity and the available compared to other old fashioned software solutions. It's also highly versatile so that you can use it in several ways. Furthermore, the various integration are a really big bonus.
Pros
- Abstracting complex problems with flow charts
- Pasting and combing various media types
- In-cooperating it into other products like Office 365
Cons
- There could be a smarter options to improve the plotting of flow-charts with a standard business modeling
- Sometimes handling reconnects better
- Improve the additional features which come together with pasting in template tables
- Compared to our previous solution the drawing time is reduced by factor 3
- Performance is at least 2 times faster as the previous solution
It's quite versatile and it can enable us to share quick thoughts with our customers. That's something we are thinking about. At the moment, we don't have any further plans regarding this.
