Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is a great product which allows users to create, plan and collaborate on work plans, schedules and ideas. The interactive nature of the boards encourage thought processes to be succinctly conveyed and presented in a manner that encourage user interaction and collaboration. It has allowed remote working to be conducted efficiently in recent pandemic times, and has really helped to bring life to online meetings.
Pros
- Brainstorming - Allowing users to interact with each others thoughts and ideas
- Scheduling - Allowing users to collaboratively work on plans and schedules
- Documenting - Allowing taking of quick minutes during a meeting - and creating visibility of actions and decisions in an open environment
Cons
- Frames - These can be somewhat harder to control, and the locking and unlocking for them are a bit clunky
- Integration - Would be nicer to have better integration with Office365 products, to be able to imbed, translate and share directly with these products
- Collaboration - Encouraging people to interact in meetings with ideas and thoughts
- Visibility - Creating visibility on decisions and actions
- Planning - Understanding key deliverables and milestones that need to be met
Miro has signficanlty improved colloboration on a business wide level - especaily during the pandemic. It has fostered thoughts and ideas to be shared and created an enviroment where interaction is encouraged.

Miro is far superior to Microsoft Whiteboard. Unfortunately, as a user in a large company, desicions are often driven by cost over productivity.
