Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is a great product which allows users to create, plan and collaborate on work plans, schedules and ideas. The interactive nature of the boards encourage thought processes to be succinctly conveyed and presented in a manner that encourage user interaction and collaboration. It has allowed remote working to be conducted efficiently in recent pandemic times, and has really helped to bring life to online meetings.
  • Brainstorming - Allowing users to interact with each others thoughts and ideas
  • Scheduling - Allowing users to collaboratively work on plans and schedules
  • Documenting - Allowing taking of quick minutes during a meeting - and creating visibility of actions and decisions in an open environment
  • Frames - These can be somewhat harder to control, and the locking and unlocking for them are a bit clunky
  • Integration - Would be nicer to have better integration with Office365 products, to be able to imbed, translate and share directly with these products
  • Collaboration - Encouraging people to interact in meetings with ideas and thoughts
  • Visibility - Creating visibility on decisions and actions
  • Planning - Understanding key deliverables and milestones that need to be met
Miro intergration was a bit clunky at the start - as most tools are in any large business. However, the pandemic really grew the use of the tool within the businesss due to remote work and the need for virtual colloboration. Would reccomend some training courses to be implemented to encourage further use for those users who are resistant to growth and change.
I find the integration of MIRO a bit poor when it comes to inegration with Office tools. PPT slides and graphs are pasted as images. It would be nice if there was a way that text and graphs could maintain their integretiy - however this is not the primiary purpose of Miro.
Miro has signficanlty improved colloboration on a business wide level - especaily during the pandemic. It has fostered thoughts and ideas to be shared and created an enviroment where interaction is encouraged.

Miro is far superior to Microsoft Whiteboard. Unfortunately, as a user in a large company, desicions are often driven by cost over productivity.
Miro is great for brainstorming and faciliating meetings. This tool can be used to seamlesslesly integarate into exisitng meeting structures and systems to allow for multiple users to colloborate on large projects and high-level scheudling.

Miro is not ideal for micro and detailed work. These are better performed in more techincal schudleing programs like Project.
