Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for Agile planning. We create boards, sections for different features, risks and sprints.
Miro helps us a lot with the planning because it is easy to move things around and make changes and also the the visual impact of those changes is available instantly to all team members.

Pros

  • Reflect changes in real time for all users
  • You can navigate and use it with fairly easy
  • The ability to vote for certain things
  • The option to estimate things without a third party app

Cons

  • Add the possibility to create some formulas in order to summarize some numbers
  • User Story Mapping functionality is not that intuitive
  • Improves productivity and understanding during planning sessions
  • It is very suitable for suing this when having multiple people in the audience
We have not integrated it with anything
We have people from different countries in Europe and also from United States that use Miro at the same time. The impact that Miro has on our planning is huge. Changes are reflected in real time for all users. You can create multiple boards for different projects. Estimation feature makes it easier to us to gather multiple estimations on different things from all team members across the globe.

Navigation inside the boards is really nice, the fact that you have the follow somebody option makes it easy to show the same thing to everyone (especially when there is a large number of people using the same board).
We have use it for planning but I have also seen this used for training purposes.
I think it can be used for multiple scenarios, I don't have any scenario where you cannot customize the board and use it.
