Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is a platform that provides wide presentation possibilities unlike I ever before had used.
Since its implementation, in our company we have switched from Powerpoint to Miro, using it for every call or conference.
With unlimited possibilities, we are using Miro for registering meeting information, weekly track of KPI, creating process mapping to find where we can improve upon, as well as to simply have fun time playing small games as an ice-breaker.
However, it will take some time to get used to Miro, as it takes its time to load when entering and all the zooming in/zooming out requires practice for some, but overall, it's easy.

Pros
- Endless presentation possibilities for every type of call/conference
- Great platform for KPI tracking, as well as process mapping to identify problems
- Infinite space to work with
Cons
- Takes time to load when opening
- Copy/paste different areas isn't always easy
- Scrolling around and zooming in/zooming out takes practice for some
- Faster information sharing within various departments
- Identified actions to improve upon
- Improved productivity
By having call across various departments, then sharing the screen - it is very easy to share and transfer information as everyone has access to whiteboard (even those who doesn't have account, they can edit as visiting editor).
So to sum it up - easy information sharing across various departments.
