We use it to illustrate workflows and project reviews

Pros

  • Keeps the connections of a diagram even when modifying the elements
  • Offers visual help to align and organize the diagram
  • Works well with several users at the same time

Cons

  • Format text in some elements
  • Offer more help with the more complex diagrams
  • Reduced time in documenting
  • Increased collaboration
Tried the integration with Teams. Easy to use but I prefer to start it standalone.
It provides a flexible visual tool that helps when a new project is starting.

Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office 2016 (discontinued)
Miro is very useful when we want to explain a certain workflow in an easy way to a group of people. Especially when several colleagues work on it at the same time.
It is sometimes difficult to format the text inside some of the visual elements.
