Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro as a way to conduct planning and reviews in a group setting. We also use it to troubleshoot customer problems, but having a team look at the issue, respond individually and compare them in Miro.

Pros

  • Collaborative working
  • Working in a visual way - the ease of adding colours and images etc.

Cons

  • Can have a bit of lag issues
  • Mobile version is not the best
  • Positive in terms of team and collaborative projects

It's made it a lot easier for my team to work collaboratively. I have a large team that spans 5 countries and 3 timezones so having it available to edit and work on is great.

Miro is well suited for group projects, especially in the brainstorming stage. It's really good to have a shared workspace, and make it feel like you're all working in one space on a whiteboard instead of a computer miles apart. I also really like the use of the templates.

It can be quite difficult to keep track of what everyone is doing in the board which can be an issue when its a large project.
