Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro for customer meetings and workshops, mainly for break-out session discussions on challenges and solutions. I also use Miro for facilitating hybrid events and conferences to keep a red string and document the results.

There was no implementation support that I had received as an individual contributor. It was also difficult to get access to my license (I had to raise a ticket with IT first).
We only used it one single time at a team meeting. Normally I use it with my customers.

It depends on the character of the colleague how successful they would use it. You need to feel comfortable with digital tools.
