Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use it as part of the agile transformation. We also use it to conduct Scrum ceremonies like retrospectives, refinements and all.

Cons

  • Workflow diagrams can be improved.
  • Integration with Jira and other tools.
  • Drawings
  • Improved understanding and collaboration within the team and other teams.
  • Better engagement by the employees.
  • Improved training and coaching.
It is pretty easy to integrate to other products but it is still limited on what you can integrate and achieve.

Recently, we conducted a big room planning with over 10 teams and 30 people. It is not suitable for large audience. It is well suited to smaller teams like maximum of 10 people.
