Overall Satisfaction with Miro

During requirement gathering, it is very easy with the help of Miro to visualize any scenario and make it understandable to the client as well. It is a very efficient tool and makes the hour's job done within in few minutes. It has got multiple editing features on the whiteboard which serves the purpose wonderfully Besides this the collaboration features are definitely an added advantage that let another user work simultaneously and the best part is every user can track other users' progress.


  • The use of a Whiteboard with multiple intuitive editable makes the requirement gathering from clients a very easy task for both parties.
  • Other than this, My team used Miro primarily to aggregate ideas from disparate teams we were working with.
  • Miro filled in as a genuinely necessary update from a common record where thoughts would get lost, at no point ever to be found in the future as the report endlessly developed. We truly valued how simple it was for visitor clients to go along with us, and they viewed the fundamentals as very instinctive. We were useful in something like five minutes of different groups joining.


  • We found the collaboration feature sometime creates a lot of struggle in managing people. Admin should have the ability to control the collaboration. Sometimes it feels like the ants are crawling on the board. There should be an approval workflow feature where once one user adds the content, then others should have the ability to approve it.
  • We find a few of the editing controls we found a little difficult to understand. It took us a lot of time to train everyone on all the required features to be used on a frequent basis. Scope of improvement in usability.
  • Few of the controls we found a little baffling, the plan is unsavory, and we invest more energy attempting to sort out some way to utilize it than we did really teaming up.
  • Reduced the time to understand complex things.
  • Reduction in time lead to close the requirement early so saved cost.
  • Teams feel confident when they are able to do justice on their task by using an efficient tool like Miro.
Miro should have more tutorials, and webinars for new features and existing features to spread awareness and understanding among the users.

Collaboration is undoubtedly a great feature however the admin should have the ability to control the contributors and a streamlined workflow should be there in order to make it more effective.

Miro has more advanced feature and it works faster compare to Bizagi. Control of Miro are way more comprehensive.
