Overall Satisfaction with Miro
This is the tool to be used on everything we don't have a clear place to do. Retrospectives, analysis, roadmap draft preparation, and so on. This is a really useful service in that there's no competitor at the same level. It's really quick to set up with some of the templates and has important features like tracking someone's pointer and additional plugins.
- Retrospectives board, where there's freedom to put everything as we like
- Draft for roadmap preparation, we can put every possible needs, every ways we can help on them, every impacts we may do and then link everything and reorganize per priorities.
- Price, for big companies the price can a problem.
- More plugins (although it already has a lot!)
- Simplifies the process of brainstorming, with less preparation time, give more time for efficient brainstorming.
This is the perfect way to deal with a global company and/or a company with remote work. This brings the very useful tool that is a whiteboard to every remote person and with a lot of additional features, we can quickly attach everything we want, pictures, videos, texts and link everything bringing efficiency on the discussions.

We tried several, I wasn't the person doing the analysis on my team, but at least one basic one was DrawIO, which wasn't at the same level.
