Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is used in our company to facilitate multiple forms of collaboration sessions. This works well for the hybrid of in person/remote employees so all can contribute to a workshop or ideas session. This is used across a wide range of data and technology teams to run workshops, planning sessions and to present findings.
- Enables collaboration for remote employees
- The timer feature is very useful
- Templates are handy for getting going faster
- Making the access process clearer and easier would be beneficial as there have been many cases of people finding it hard to gain access to a board or losing access
- Allowing more active boards would help encourage usage for wider teams
- Integration with other technologies in a clearer way such as Azure
- Improved productivity in workshops
- Improved collective team feeling for remote workers
- Easier communication of complex ideas across large teams
This is the main thing we have used Miro for, and it has been an enormous help, especially for enabling collaboration for remote employees. The whiteboard tool was especially helpful during times where even in-person employees cannot find a time for everyone to get together and collaborate on a project

Would you buy Miro again?
Yes
Miro had more features, a nicer user interaction feel, and generally worked better for what we required of it. Even simple things like selecting items to move and adding text were easier and clearer using Miro. Miro also appears to be adding new features on a fairly regular basis, such as the timer and music integration features which are always welcome.
