Overall Satisfaction with Miro

-Business process mapping
-Ability to share/edit capabilities with multiple users
-Project templates to map out project planning
-Collaboration
-Keeps all ideas and boards in the same place
-Virtual white board
  • I am able to share my boards across users
  • Provides excellent frameworks for many project types and ability to utilize existing templates
  • Process maps, images, sticky notes, and variety of different objects within board
  • Hard to manage board when many people are in the same board at the same time
  • Integration with Visio and Lucid Chart
  • In board tips for less used/complex functionality
  • Increased project documentation
  • Increased collaboration between team members, and ability to train team members using Miro board
  • Easier way to visualize and conceptualize abstract ideas
Greatly. This is one of Miro's greatest benefits that to me, sets it above some of the other tools. The ability to easily share and collaborate in a remote environment, between team members and even across teams. It's an easy to pick up tool as well.

Miro's ease of use and ability to collaborate
Salesforce CMS, Pinpoint (Product Planning Tool)
Miro's a great tool to capture ad hoc ideas and impromptu white board sessions, mappings, and a visually representative diagram.
It's less accepted as a "formal" tool for ideas that we would present to leadership. In these cases, Visio and Powerpoint seem to be the preferred avenues. Perhaps more of an integration/export to Powerpoint slide would solve the use case.
