Overall Satisfaction with Miro

As a collaboration tool and as a moving document that we refer to in meetings and make changes in real-time.

Pros

  • Helps visualize the work you're doing with your team.
  • Great for an agile work environment.
  • Easy to use with all the templates.
  • Great when you have a team that works across the country, and you still collaborate together.

Cons

  • The cost of licenses makes it difficult for everyone to have access to a big corporation.
  • Font sizes on post-its.
  • Would be good to see a better Kanban board template that can link to Jira.
  • Keeping people present & engaged in a meeting.
  • Workshop facilitation & preparation.
  • You can follow what others are doing in real-time, real-time collaboration.
I like that I can have one board for each project; all team members know where to go when they need updates or info.

Best suited: for collaboration. Less appropriate: when you need all members to use the functionality, but, they don't have a license.
