Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We leverage MIRO boards to conduct Workouts which is a collaborative session to lay our process maps and identify/brainstorm over process improvement opportunities.

Pros

  • A collaborative whiteboard makes it easier to lay down process flow and discussion points.
  • Organise workshops.
  • Integration with multiple apps.
  • Multiple templates help easier to build content.
  • Very user-friendly.

Cons

  • If you don't lock the sticker or frames, you can mess it up. The copy and paste process for images takes so long.
  • Some interaction design in this software is very difficult to use, especially the font and color.
  • No integration with Microsoft tools.
  • Sometimes I get lost in the layers or locking content. I feel that this feature could be set differently.
  • Reduced Project completion time.
  • Reduced cost of travel as sessions can be conducted seamlessly in a virtual environment.
  • Improve productivity and efficiency.
It can be more integrated with Microsoft tools.
MIRO collaboration has helped a lot in improving collaboration with both internal team meetings + client workshops.
