Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We leverage MIRO boards to conduct Workouts which is a collaborative session to lay our process maps and identify/brainstorm over process improvement opportunities.
Pros
- A collaborative whiteboard makes it easier to lay down process flow and discussion points.
- Organise workshops.
- Integration with multiple apps.
- Multiple templates help easier to build content.
- Very user-friendly.
Cons
- If you don't lock the sticker or frames, you can mess it up. The copy and paste process for images takes so long.
- Some interaction design in this software is very difficult to use, especially the font and color.
- No integration with Microsoft tools.
- Sometimes I get lost in the layers or locking content. I feel that this feature could be set differently.
- Reduced Project completion time.
- Reduced cost of travel as sessions can be conducted seamlessly in a virtual environment.
- Improve productivity and efficiency.
MIRO collaboration has helped a lot in improving collaboration with both internal team meetings + client workshops.
