Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is mostly used to structure information and present it to others in a user-friendly way. Additionally, it is used to utilize brainstorming and creativity workshops.

Pros

  • Structure information.
  • Share knowledge.
  • Enable creativity processes.
  • Visualize connections/dependencies.

Cons

  • Create and manage tables.
  • Zoom in/out when using ms teams (slow).
  • Improved productivity.
  • Better product decisions.
  • Improved transparency across people/teams.
It is far easier to work with remote teams as it is the practice now. It is not needed anymore to meet physically cause the same quality of work can be achieved by using Miro. It is even better caused with physical paperwork; it is mostly hard to follow up.

Yes

Miro has a good performance and is the most user-friendly. Additionally, there are so many integrations/functions that are useful to have.
It is best suited when structuring and sharing information/knowledge with other people or teams. It is also well suited when enabling creativity sessions. It is not so well suited when managing big amounts of data in tables and having to maintain it on a regular basis.
