Overall Satisfaction with Miro

For my team's purposes, it is primarily used for client mapping and strategic thought sessions on client growth. The scope is account focused with looking at the broader opportunities with the client.

Pros

  • Easy to navigate the tools
  • Commenting feature is clear and allows for collaborative feedback
  • Collaboration

Cons

  • Can be very touchy when grouped assets are duplicated
  • It has helped reduce the need for meetings and allowed for async work which increases overall productivity.
Working on a fully remote team, Miro is crucial to cross team collaboration on all projects. It always for async communication to happen which increases overall productivity on projects - both internal and external - and provides delivery on expedited timelines.

This could be for client mapping or organic growth pathways. It is an ideal platform for this type of work with the options for customization and expansive thoughts.
