Miro is the best tool for remote collaborators who don't use Figma.
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Helps creating moodboards easily, collaborate remotely on brainstorms, workshops and organization in my team.It helps keep communication clear as boards are shared within the company.
Pros
- Documenting
- Collaborating
- Remote workshops
- Brainstorming
- Moodboarding
Cons
- ipad & mobile usability
- easier compatibility with Figma
- downloaded boards for offline
- Improved communication
- Improved remote collaborative projects and meetings
- Improved the quality of meetings and meeting engagement
- Helped fast tracking tasks like moodboards and collage
During Covid lockdown it helped lots on the transition from office to remote work. It helped keeping the team upbeat during meetings as they became way more engaging than before and also were easy to look back to as the documentation was already there.
Remote workshops as designers were super easy to conduct and attend to and engaging as well.

- FigJam and Lucidchart
As a designer and as I mentioned before I currently moved to FigJam because of how easy I find it to use the same tool for everything. Personally I keep using Miro because I enjoy the navigation controls and enjoy more the navigation and how post-it notes look and how you can scale them to the size you want as well as the text.
Lucid chart I dont like because of the UI. Miro's is better but I like that you can join a board without an email.
