Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is used as a collaboration tool where we can work together to solve business problems. It is really useful in this space as other tools tend to be harder to use and less functional as a point of collaboration.

Pros

  • Graphic image representation of complex topics
  • Flow charting and brainstorming

Cons

  • The service can get very slow if collaborators aren't aware of impact of graphic elements.
  • There can be a challenge keeping track of where information is stored.
  • Miro costs are modest compared to what we receive from the service.
The implementation of Miro is currently served by a number of teams. Because of this there is a bit of a lack of focus in supporting the core functionality we need.
The plug in with Teams works quite well.
The Miro whiteboards are easier to make use of in a collaboration than compared to Teams, which has whiteboards that tend to be lost.
