Use Cases and Deployment Scope

As we are transforming to Agile Framework, we use Miro for team collaboration and for all the Agile ceremonies, like program increment, PI Planning, retrospective, system demo, etc. It is very useful as multiple people can work together and can have a good interaction. Using it, we can do team bonding activities remotely and it is very easy to use.

Cons

Sometimes, the canvas starts to lag or freeze.
Apart from that, it works perfectly according to our needs.

Miro has significantly impacted our ability and the way we approach planning and describing complex projects by workflow. Our team can share ideas, discuss implementation, share solutions, and get feedback. It has a very user-friendly interface and the tool is very flexible and always pushing updates and new features.

I have been using it with my team since last year for all the Agile-related activities. It is easy to use and more than one person can work on the same board without any disruption. It allows the team to work synchronously and asynchronously. It increases team collaboration and the team can have interaction remotely. We can import data as well as add images and it is highly customizable with great features, like sticky notes, diagrams, and canvas boards.
