Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro to map out workflows for our business, capture notes from meetings, and allow others to place their notes from meetings. Most of our company organization and strategy sessions are done through this platform. For different projects for our business, we will use Miro to map out the project and perform SWOT analysis for clients. We also find ourselves integrating Miro into our Zoom meetings with clients.
  • A great listing of templates
  • The segmentation of the pricing
  • The unlimited workspace.
  • It is not very intuitive, took a bit of a learning curve
  • It can be somewhat wonky to edit the colors and layout of templates.
  • The Mac hand gestures on the track pad and be a little off. Takes a particular touch to navigate well.

Implementation was pretty easy for basic functions, but as mentioned, getting everyone trained on how to do the navigations on the platform was not intuitive. But that is more our fault because we could have implemented a more methodical training program rather than jumping right in and learning as we go.
As discussed our integration was pretty easy because the pathways were already created and it was just a matter of connecting them with the access codes.
It has been tremendous, particularly as we implemented this as a part of a strategy of bringing colleagues closer together over the Covid-19 pandemic. We needed to create a way for us to remain close and share information, it has been a great platform to facilitate our meetings and work with clients in multiple states.

I think Miro is well-suited for teams and organizations that require a reference point to refer back to. It integrates well with Zoom, it allows me to take a Miro page and take our clients from various workflows or to show them the process that they are going to go through. Creates a visual that makes onboarding simple.
