Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro to create mockups to submit to our design team, to collaborate on design thinking workshops, and map messaging and positioning story flows. We have traditionally used more rudimentary/hacky tools like Powerpoint to address these needs, but Miro provides much more in terms of flexibility, useful templates, and ease of use and definitely speeds up ideation and collaboration.
  • Easy to use
  • Live collaboration
  • Templates
  • Integrations and plugins
  • Live voting
  • Greater ability to apply constraints to a board/project
  • More organization of files - tagging, foldering
  • Improved speed and quality of mockups and creative briefs
  • Facilitated improved collaboration/prodiuctivity in a remote workforce
We are able to capture and facilitate significant conversations and ideation sessions between disparate teams, including product, marketing, product marketing, implementation, sales, advisory services, and more, all in a completely remote and collaborative way. The real-time collaboration and voting capabilities are extremely useful in facilitating conversation and moving decision-making forward.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

We really like using Miro to create lo-fi mockups of graphic and diagram ideas to submit to our creative team.
We use it collaboratively to run design thinking workshops, in which we lean heavily on the voting and live collaboration functionality.
We also use it just to get ideas down in writing, using mental maps and different visualizations to articulate our ideation process.
