Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro as a visual space to enable end user focused design thinking conversations to build new products and services for our leaders and employees at [...]. We are trying to implement principles of product design in the way we serve our leaders and employees.
Pros
- Timer
- Bringing people to you as the facilitator
- Plenty of space to build charts, exercises
- Ability to add photos and videos
- Locking images/figures on the board so people don't move them around
Cons
- I wish there was a presentation mode similar to prezi where I can set up the Miro to be sort of like a presentation where I can click a button and it takes us to the next section of the board. This is different from the recording video function that Miro already has.
- Better images that I can download from the internet
- Videos on how to best use templates
- Improved productivity
- Support virtual and hybrid work enviornments
- Increases collaboration across our global teams
As a global organization, I'm able to use Miro as a live and active platform for teams to add thoughts and feedback on things we design in HR. It allows everyone to have voice and contribute equally to our design decisions.
